• To eradicate ragging in all its forms from the institution by taking necessary steps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• To prohibit any conduct, gesture or behaviour which amounts to ragging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

  Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  \n
  • To uphold and comply with the directions of the Honourable Supreme Court and be vigilant on nay acts amounting to ragging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To publicize all prevalent directives and the actions that can be taken against those indulging in ragging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To consider the complaints received from the students and conduct enquiry and submit report to the Anti- Ragging Committee along with punishment recommended for the offenders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Oversee the procedure of obtaining undertaking from the students in accordance with the provisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conduct workshops against ragging menace and orient the students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To provide students the information pertaining to contact, address and telephone numbers of the person(s) identified to receive complaints\/distress calls;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To offer services of counselling and create awareness to the students;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To take all necessary measures for prevention of ragging inside the Campus\/ Hostels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
